I really admire food bloggers. I don’t really think I have the patience to cook or bake something, style it, and take photos at the same time! Lucky the whole family cooks and/or bakes, so I can just focus on the photography…and eating, of course. Technically, my family are all specialists in their own area. Dad for all things Chinese and Japanese, Chris for all Western, Mom for all baking and desserts, and me? The Indian division! believe it or not I know how to make an uttapam and rajma. ;P Anyway, the week approaching CNY mom has been making cookies, lots and lots of them, so I thought I would feature some pineapple tarts!
