The house is a big fan of Gordon Ramsay, so for Christmas, my dad and brother decided to make Christmas honey-glazed ham. I was the cleaner and chopper of the day, I believe the fancy title is chef de partie. It’s always fun when the family gets together to cook, it’s one of our favourite passions in life. 
It certainly smelt like Christmas while we were boiling this!
